Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Al Muwahidat. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking //
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation text or email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Australia Wide Shipping Policy //
When customer processes order at checkout, you will select your shipping method which will display the estimated delivery time. The delivery time/date starts from the date your order is shipped.
Delivery times are set by shipment company and varies on location and shipment method (express or standard).
Shipment Processing Time //
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, then are posted out. Customer is automatically updated about their item shipment via email.
If shipments are delayed by our end we will inform you via email. Please note after the order has been processed on our end we don't have control over the speed of delivery as this is done by a third party courier company.
Customs, Duties and Taxed //
Al Muwahidat is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duty free, customs etc.).
Lost or Damaged item //
Al Muwahidat does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged item after shipment. For any lost or damaged item during shipment, a claim should be made directly to the postal company or courier service. If you receive your item damaged keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof while filing claim.
International Shipping Policy //
We currently ship worldwide, however in the rare event where your address or country cant be found or posted to we will contact you via email and issue you a refund.
