Refunds //
Al Muwahidat have a strict No Refund policy on all items after purchase.
Exchange //
We don't offer Exchange on any item in the case of change of mind.
Faulty Item Exchange //
In the event of a faulty/damaged item we offer an exchange of the same product or store credit. Customer will have 14 days to contact us via email about their item.
What we consider to be faulty?
To qualify for an exchange the item must be in the same condition you received it in and in original package with tags still on if it has.
We may ask the customer to provide a photo of the faulty / damaged item to see if you qualify for a refund.
To receive an exchange customer will be responsible to pay for any postage charge to send their item to us or if you're located in Sydney, Australia you may contact us and organise to drop off item to our showroom.
Lost or Damaged Item //
Al Muwahidat does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged item after shipment. For any lost or damaged item during shipment, a claim should be made directly to the postal company or courier service. JazakAllah Khayr for your understanding.
Cancellation or Change of Mind //
Cancellation can only be done if the item hasn't left our store and if the item has already been packaged we will deduct a $5 service fee when we refund the money back to you.
If you would like to swap a product in the case of changing a color, size, style, we can do that on the condition that it hasn’t left our store.
